Washing kabu (Japanese baby turnips) for tonight's dinner. The leaves are edible and delicious too. The farmer who I bought them from reminded me that the leaves are edible. He told me he wanted to remind people that even 3 dollar vegetables are a lot of work for for farmers to grow. #NoFoodWaste
