#NoFoodWaste November tip - eat your carrot tops! I highly recommend making a carrot top pesto. The roots on leeks are also edible. Crisp them up in a pan and add them to some greens for some extra flavor and crunch.

olivettefarm @sugardetoxme we use sharp harvest knives. They're a little easier to move around in the trays. Same knives we use for lettuce and other leafy greens.
