"This event is an oportunity for folks to learn about "old school" skills that used to be part of everyday life. Skills that have been forgotten by many but that, we feel, are important and need to be revisited. We will have workshops on soap making, candle and cheese making, bee keeping, seed saving, container gardening, small farming, basic survival skills, preparedness and more. there will be food vendors, hay rides, a kids craft corner and live bluegrass music.
Cost is $5 per adult, kids under 12 get in free Lots of great vendors, including the Wild Rose Soap Co. Classes on the following are all included in your $5 admission fee: Cheese, Candles, Cold Process Soap, Hard cider making, Seed Saving, Animal trapping and butchering, Container Gardening
A great value for just $5, plus lots of great handcrafted vendors and outdoorsy/prepper vendors.
