munchiemummy Oh yum! I haven't had fish tacos in ages. Corn tortillas are hard to come by here in the uk. It's one of the things I miss most about living in NYC.
SMOOTHIE with orange juice, frozen mango and frozen pineapple.
125 g frozen mango, 125 g frozen pineapple and about 200 milliliters fresh orange juice.

Keeping an enormous pot of veggie minestrone in the fridge is my favorite winter trick for easy meals throughout the week. Plus it's packed with veggies and is super hydrating.
