I had leftover stems from my kale and apple salad, so I tossed them in a ziplock bag in the freezer. With old carrots, herbs and celery they'll make a terrific vegetable stock! #NoFoodWaste

JenniferEmilson For sure! Or zest them and dry the zest in the toaster oven. Add it to fresh cracked pepper for homemade lemon pepper seasoning!!
