These tiny plants pack a huge flavor.
Red Russian Kale, Napa Cabbage, radish micro, dill and Tuscan Kale. These are all from thinning out our seedlings in the greenhouse. I always love making salads off of our thinnings #nofoodwaste

olivettefarm @Rachna pretty similar! Sometimes when we seed in the greenhouse we accidentally drop multiple seeds into a cell. There's not enough room in each cell for multiple seeds to grow healthy before...

Aquafaba meringue: have you tried it yet?
...A good way to use up all that chickpea cooking water (aquafaba) and make eggless meringue in the process (and a good incentive to eat more chickpeas while you're at it ππ). #nofoodwaste

unconventionalbaker @garv it's quite good. I kept trying it without a good mixer though and it never worked. My mother in law recently gave me her kitchenaid mixer and it now works a treat every time.
After traveling to several states... Trains boats buses planes and cars, happy to be home for a home cooked meal. Cleaning out the fridge like whoa #NoFoodWaste
