etsummer Awesome and delicious tip! Always love meals you can make with not much left in the fridge/pantry. Fresh pasta is so easy and simple.
Another #kitchentip for rice! Use leftover rice to make a quiche crust. #nofoodwaste
Just mix with parmesan, egg white, salt and pepper. Pre bake for a bit to set the crust then fill with your favorite quiche combo. #FoodRevolution

DietID_TeamDietitians I love spaghetti squash! Using as a pasta replacement is so easy, and you can't taste the difference #kitchentips

lauren Oh I definitely would not have been able to... It was something a friend brought over as her dinner (?) but I'll pass the message along

DietID_TeamDietitians awesome #pescetarian-friendly dish. If you swap the dashi, then it's also #vegetarian friendly!
-
gingerandchorizo Thanks @Rachna! You can make vegetarian dashi by skipping the bonito flakes, use dried shiitaki mushrooms instead and keep the kombu as it mimics the taste of the sea! #kitchentips :)
