Brianne I discovered this from my own experimentation. I haven't done much 'calculation,' as suggested in the article, but I do try to swap in sugary snacks for more protein-dense snacks whenever possible.
Smoothies are the best for morning meat cravings!
Super simple too! I just buy frozen blueberries, add in two bananas, and some soy strawberry yogurt (2 cups). It comes out really thick, and is super filling!
