Tomato curry for a cold day hits the spot

I started with tempering mustard seeds, chili, bay leaves and cloves. Then sautéed onions and added a bunch of spices (coriander turmeric red chili Garam masala). I stewed a can of chopped tomatoes in this mixture and when fully cooked, I blended it all with an immersion blender. Then I tossed in some chopped bell peppers and broccoli and let it simmer till the veggies cooked. Top with Greek yogurt (instead of cream) and lemon!
